Riiiiiight. It has been so fun watching Carson get into this sport. Although the season is just about over, we're glad in a way because it has taken so much time, but in a way wish that it could go on. It's been a crazy spring, there has only been about 2 or 3 games that have really been enjoyable to watch- weather-wise that is. It's been colder than a well digger's butt (as a good friend of mine says), we've had to be bundled up most of the time. This past weekend, Carson's team went up to a tournament in
Well it's a, 8:00 in Pocatello, Idaho...... well, not quite Boise, but anyway. And wouldn't you know it, the temp was to be int the 70s here in UT and we have to go north and endure more cold, wind and rain. And what happens when the games are over and we are coming home? That's right, the sun comes out and it's nice... oh well.
They had 2 games on Friday evening when we arrived, then 4 games on Saturday. They did very well: won 4, tied 1, and lost 1. It has been great to see the improvement of the players through the season as they've learned to play as a team. They've done well for it being their first year.

LAX, huh? Good for him, man. You know that our oldest, Justin, played LAX all through HS and then also in college. Great sport, but man, it's as rough as a cob! Glad to hear he's having a good time at it, even if it is colder than a well-digger's butt.
